Trip Fee: $75
The minimum on-site travel fee is $75.
Anything over 25 miles we will charge an additional $3.50 per mile. We only charge for the trip to you not the return trip.
We do not charge a travel fee if we are already in your RV campground.
We use Google Maps for the mileage calculations and you will be quoted your total before we come out.
Hourly Rate - $100
The shop rate starts once we arrive at your location and the work begins. The shop rate is $100 per hour for one (1) RVTI Certified RV Service Tech
After Hours - $150
After 5pm calls, the hourly rate is $150. Monday -Sunday.
Additional Information
We charge an hourly, flat rate with a hour minimum at $100 dollars. This means if you call and we come out, and you are within 25 miles to look at an issue you will be charged $175. This covers your travel fee plus the first hour of diagnosis.
If you are over 25 miles, (let's say 45 miles), we are out there for one (1) hour. Your charges would be the following:
